Applicable on all jewellery except custom-made designs, engraved items, and gold coins.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all certificates and packaging.
Once received and quality-checked, a 100% refund will be processed within 2–3 working days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment source or to your Heartlyfly account wallet.
We offer free return shipping across India.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be made within 7–14 working days for another design or for store credit.
The final value for exchange will be determined based on the current gold and diamond rates and product category.

Each order is securely packaged and shipped through trusted logistics partners.
Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days.
You’ll receive tracking details via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you can still initiate a return under our policy.
